Triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream

In this product, triamcinolone acetonide is a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and anti-allergic effects; econazole is an antifungal drug with antibacterial activity against dermatophytes such as Candida albicans and is also effective against some Gram-positive bacteria. The combination of the two drugs can improve the efficacy.

Each gram of this product contains 1 mg of triamcinolone acetonide and 10 mg of econazole nitrate. The excipients are: polyoxyethylene-7-stearate, polyoxyethylene-5-oleate, liquid paraffin, benzoic acid, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, butylated hydroxyanisole and purified water.

This product is a white cream.

1. Dermatitis and eczema accompanied by fungal infection or with a tendency to fungal infection; 2. Inflammatory skin fungal diseases caused by dermatophytes, yeasts and molds, such as tinea manuum, tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea versicolor; 3. Diaper dermatitis; 4. Candidal angular cheilitis; 5. Paronychia; 6. Mixed skin infections caused by fungi and bacteria.

For topical use. Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once a day in the morning and evening. For the treatment of dermatitis and eczema, the course of treatment is 2-4 weeks. The treatment of inflammatory fungal diseases should continue until the inflammatory response subsides, and the course of treatment should not exceed 4 weeks.

Occasionally, local allergic reactions may occur, such as burning sensation, itching, tingling, etc. Long-term use may cause skin atrophy, capillary dilation, pigmentation, and secondary infection. Occasionally, allergic reactions may occur.

1. Patients with skin tuberculosis, syphilis or viral infection (such as herpes, vaccinia, chickenpox) are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients who are known to be allergic to any ingredient of this product are prohibited from using this product.
