Acetaminophen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can relieve symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing caused by colds; guaiacol is an expectorant that increases the secretion of respiratory glands, dilutes sputum, and makes it easier to cough up; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects.

Each 10 ml contains 120 mg of acetaminophen, 1.125 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 18.75 mg of anhydrous caffeine, and 37.5 mg of guaiacol.

This product is a brown solution; it tastes sweet and bitter with a fresh fragrance.

Used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, cough, and sputum caused by colds or flu.

Oral administration. Adults take 10-20 ml at a time, 3 times a day.
