Function and Efficacy
This product is an acid-resistant and bile-resistant gastric mucosal protective agent, containing a single active ingredient, aluminum magnesium carbonate, which is artificially synthesized and the same as natural substances. It acts directly on the lesion site and is not absorbed into the blood. It can quickly improve and relieve gastric diseases, such as quickly neutralizing gastric acid and maintaining it for a long time, reversibly and selectively binding bile acid, continuously preventing pepsin from damaging the stomach, and enhancing the role of gastric mucosal protective factors.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
Used for chronic gastritis and stomach discomfort symptoms related to gastric acid, such as stomach pain; heartburn; acidic belching; fullness, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults should chew 1-2 tablets 1-2 hours after a meal, before bedtime, or when experiencing stomach discomfort. Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablets at a time, 3-4 times a day, chewed orally. For the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, chew 2 tablets at a time, 4 times a day. After the symptoms are relieved, continue for at least 4 weeks.
Adverse Reactions
Large doses may cause soft, mushy stools and increased stool frequency, occasionally constipation, dry mouth and loss of appetite. Long-term use may lead to changes in serum electrolytes.

Drug Interactions
1. After taking this product, aluminum exists in the gastrointestinal tract and combines with other drugs, which may affect the absorption and intake of other drugs. Therefore, it cannot be taken at the same time with certain drugs, such as tetracycline, iron preparations, digoxin, deoxycholic acid, famotidine, ranitidine, cimetidine and coumarin derivatives, so these drugs should be taken 1-2 hours in advance or postponed. 2. Aluminum can adsorb bile salts and reduce the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin A. 3. The absorption rate is reduced when used in combination with benzodiazepines. 4. When used in combination with isoniazids, the absorption of the latter may be delayed and reduced, and when used in combination with levodopa, the absorption may be increased.
