Aminopeptide tablets

The acetaminophen in this product produces antipyretic and analgesic effects by inhibiting the formation of prostaglandins. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride can constrict the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, eliminate congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and relieve nasal congestion symptoms. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide can inhibit the cough center and has an antitussive effect.

This product is a compound preparation. Daily tablets: Each tablet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide. The excipients are low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, povidone K30, polyvinyl pyrrolidone K90, dextrin, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, and film coating premix. Night tablets: Each tablet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The excipients are low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, povidone K30, polyvinyl pyrrolidone K90, dextrin, polysorbate 80, magnesium stearate, and film coating premix.

The daily tablets are film-coated tablets, which appear white or off-white after removing the coating. The night tablets are black film-coated tablets, which appear white or off-white after removing the film coating.

This product is suitable for treating and alleviating symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and cough caused by colds.

Daily tablets: Oral, adults and children over 12 years old, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, twice a day or once every 6 hours during the day. Night tablets: Oral, adults and children over 12 years old, 1 to 2 tablets before bedtime.

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

1. If this product is used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may increase. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates, antispasmodics, phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 3. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
