Function and Efficacy

1. This product belongs to the propionic acid class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. It inhibits the biosynthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase. 2. The efficacy of this product is relatively long-lasting. 3. Acute toxicity: The LD50 of mice is 1342 mg/kg by oral administration and 342 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. Rats were given 25-400 mg/(kg day) by oral administration for six months. The high-dose group had inhibition of weight gain and gastrointestinal reactions, mild anemia, hepatocyte enlargement, and renal toxicity. The maximum non-toxic dose is 25 mg/(kg day). Dogs were given 6.4-40 mg/(kg day) by oral administration for six months. The high-dose group caused mild anemia and gastrointestinal reactions. The maximum non-toxic dose is 6.4 mg/(kg day).

Indication

It is suitable for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, periarthritis of the shoulder, cervical shoulder and wrist syndrome, gout attacks, as well as anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects after trauma and surgery.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration, 0.2-0.4g (1-2 tablets) at a time, once a day, for more than 1 week or as directed by a doctor, after meals, the maximum dose is 0.6g (3 tablets) per day.

Adverse Reactions

The main symptoms are digestive tract symptoms, including stomach pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, thirst and stomatitis, with an incidence of about 3% to 5%. Most of them can be tolerated without stopping the drug or taking symptomatic drugs. Rare symptoms include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, tinnitus and convulsions, and transient liver function abnormalities.

Precautions

Patients with peptic ulcer, severe liver and kidney diseases, patients allergic to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, patients with blood diseases, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia.

Precautions for children: Forbidden. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Forbidden. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to adverse reactions due to decreased liver and kidney function, so they should be used with caution or in a reduced dosage.

Drug Interactions

1. This product combined with aspirin may increase the toxicity of aspirin, because this product can replace salicylate bound to plasma proteins. 2. In the elderly and those with decreased renal function, it will reduce the clearance rate of digoxin, increase the blood concentration of the drug and increase its toxicity. 3. When used in large doses to treat tumors, it affects the excretion of methotrexate, increases the blood concentration of methotrexate and causes poisoning. 4. Affects the antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive drugs (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and beta-receptor inhibitor blockers). 5. Reduces the diuretic and sodium excretion effects of diuretics.
