This product is a potassium supplement. Potassium ions are necessary to maintain cell metabolism, intracellular osmotic pressure and acid-base balance, nerve impulse conduction, muscle contraction, and myocardial contraction.

Used to prevent and treat hypokalemia caused by various reasons.

Take with warm water, 1-2 packets each time, three times a day or as directed by your doctor.

1. Oral administration may cause a peculiar smell and gastrointestinal irritation symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. This is more likely to occur when the patient is on an empty stomach, takes a large dose, or has gastrointestinal diseases. 2. Hyperkalemia. This is more likely to occur when the patient is overdosed or has existing renal impairment, and may manifest as weakness, fatigue, numbness of the hands, feet, lips, and mouth, unexplained anxiety, confusion, dyspnea, slow heart rate, arrhythmia, conduction block, and even cardiac arrest. The electrocardiogram shows a high and sharp T wave, and gradually prolongs the P-R interval, disappears the P wave, widens the QRS wave, and develops a sine wave.

Patients with severe renal impairment accompanied by oliguria or azotemia, untreated Addison's disease, acute dehydration, heat cramps, anuria, severe myocardial damage, familial periodic paralysis and hyperkalemia caused by various reasons.

Precautions for the elderly: The kidneys of the elderly have a reduced ability to clear potassium, and the use of this product is more likely to cause hyperkalemia, so it should be used with caution.
