Armillariin A for injection

This product is extracted from Armillariella tabescens and can also be synthesized artificially. It can promote bile secretion and has a significant antispasmodic effect on the sphincter of the bile duct. It can reduce the tension of the duodenum, regulate the pressure of the bile duct system, and promote the excretion of bile duct contents. It can regulate and promote immune function and enhance the role of phagocytes to produce antibacterial effects, and can improve protein metabolism and regulate liver function.

3-Acetyl-5-hydroxymethyl-7-hydroxycoumarin

This product is yellow or light yellow loose lumps.

It is used for acute cholecystitis, chronic cholecystitis attacks, other biliary diseases complicated with acute infection, chronic superficial gastritis, and chronic superficial atrophic gastritis.

Intramuscular injection: 1 mg once (each 1 mg is dissolved in 1 ml of sodium chloride injection), 2 to 4 times a day, or as directed by a doctor. Acute biliary tract infection: 1 to 2 mg once, once every 6 to 8 hours. After the acute symptoms are controlled, change to twice a day, 1 to 2 mg each time. One course of treatment is 7 to 10 days. Intravenous drip: 2.5 mg to 5 mg once (used after dilution with 5% glucose injection or 0.9% NaCl injection), or as directed by a doctor.

No serious adverse reactions have been reported. If there is upper abdominal discomfort or mild diarrhea, the symptoms will disappear after stopping the drug.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
