Indication
Used for the prevention and treatment of calcium deficiency, such as osteoporosis, tetany, bone dysplasia, kyphosis, and calcium supplementation for children, pregnant and lactating women, and the elderly
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 10-20 ml at a time, 2-3 times a day, after meals.
Adverse Reactions
1 Gastrointestinal discomfort and constipation may occur. 2 Milk-alkali syndrome may occasionally occur, manifested by hypercalcemia, alkalosis, and renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia.

Drug Interactions
1 This product should not be used in combination with digitalis drugs. 2 Vitamin-rich foods, alcohol, caffeine and heavy smoking will inhibit the absorption of oral calcium. 3 When aluminum-containing antacids are taken with this product, the absorption of aluminum can be increased. 4 When this product is used in combination with thiazide diuretics, it can cause hypercalcemia because it can increase the absorption of calcium by the renal tubules. 5 When this product is used in combination with potassium-containing drugs, attention should be paid to the occurrence of arrhythmias. 6 If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
