Indication
It is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of patients with primary hypercholesterolemia (type IIa, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia) or mixed dyslipidemia (type IIb) when diet or exercise therapy is not ideal. It is also suitable for patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia and can be used alone or in combination with diet or other lipid-lowering methods (such as LDL removal).
