Drug Interactions
1. The combination of this product with any platelet aggregation inhibitor, thrombolytic agent, and drug that causes hypoprothrombinemia or thrombocytopenia may increase the risk of bleeding. If it is clinically necessary to use the drug together, close observation and laboratory monitoring should be performed; 2. When this product is used in combination with theophylline, theophylline blood concentration will increase and there is a risk of overdose because it reduces the clearance rate of the latter. Therefore, theophylline dosage should be adjusted during and after the use of this product, and theophylline blood concentration should be monitored when necessary; 3. When this product is used in combination with digoxin, the latter's blood concentration may decrease slightly (about 15%), but it generally does not affect the clinical efficacy of digoxin. (4) Occasionally, there are reports that this product reduces the blood concentration of cyclosporine, so the blood concentration of cyclosporine should be monitored regularly when the two are used in combination.
