Cyclic adenosine meglumine is a non-digitalis cardiotonic agent with a positive inotropic effect. It can increase myocardial contractility, improve myocardial pump function, dilate blood vessels, and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. It can improve myocardial cell metabolism and protect ischemic and hypoxic myocardium. It can improve the function of sinoatrial node P cells.

The main ingredient of this product is cycloadenosine meglumine, which is the salt of cycloadenosine meglumine (molar ratio 1:1).

This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

It is used for heart failure, myocarditis, sick sinus syndrome, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy. It can also be used as an auxiliary treatment for arrhythmia.

Intravenous drip: once a day, 60-180 mg each time.
