Function and Efficacy
This product is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Animal experiments show that this product has no obvious anticholinergic and anti-5-hydroxytryptamine effects, and is not easy to pass through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier to act on the central H1 receptor. When used clinically, the central inhibitory effect is relatively mild.
Ingredients

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
Used for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, urticaria and skin itching caused by allergens.
Usage and Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Oral, 10 mg (one tablet) each time, once a day. If adverse reactions occur, it can be changed to 5 mg once in the morning and evening. Or follow the doctor's advice. Children aged 6-11 years: Depending on the severity of symptoms, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg or 10 mg, once a day, or follow the doctor's advice. Children aged 2-5 years: The recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg once a day, and the maximum dose can be increased to 5 mg once a day, or 2.5 mg once every 12 hours, or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are mild and transient, including drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Occasionally, aspartate aminotransferase is slightly elevated.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The half-life in the plasma of children aged 6-12 is 6 hours, and in children aged 2-6 is 5 hours, so the plasma metabolism of children is higher than that of normal adults. For the dosage of children aged 2-12, see [Usage and Dosage]. The safety and effectiveness of the drug for children under 2 years old has not been confirmed. When children have liver and kidney damage, the dosage should be reduced for children aged 6-11 years old, and it is not recommended for children under 6 years old. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal teratogenicity tests show no teratogenic effect. Pregnant and lactating women should use with caution. Precautions for the elderly: This experiment has not been conducted and there are no reliable references.

No interactions with other drugs have been reported, but caution should be exercised when taking sedatives at the same time.
