This product is a dipeptide compound isolated from the culture fluid of Streptomyces of ivoreticuli, which can competitively inhibit aminopeptidase B and leucine aminopeptidase. It can enhance the function of T cells, enhance the killing activity of NK cells, and increase the synthesis of colony stimulating factors to stimulate the regeneration and differentiation of bone marrow cells. The anti-tumor mechanism of this product is still unclear, but it may interfere with the metabolism of tumor cells, inhibit tumor cell proliferation, cause tumor cell apoptosis, activate human cellular immune function, stimulate the production and secretion of cytokines, and promote the production and proliferation of anti-tumor effector cells.

This product can enhance immune function and is used for adjuvant therapy of anti-cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy, immune deficiency in the elderly, etc. It can be used in combination with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and in patients with leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and other solid tumors.

Adults: 30 mg per day, once (taken in the morning on an empty stomach at 1:3) or divided into 3 doses; children can take a reduced dose or follow the doctor's advice. If symptoms are relieved, it can be taken 2-3 times a week.

Occasionally, there may be rash, itching, headache, facial edema and some gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and soft stools.
