Carbamide Peroxide for Injection

This product is an injectable internal oxygen supply agent. After being injected into the body, it can be decomposed into hydrogen peroxide, which is then released into oxygen through the catalysis of catalase. Oxygen directly combines with hemoglobin in the blood and supplies hypoxic tissues. Carbonic acid amide is excreted from the body in its original form through the kidneys.

Used for various hypoxemia and fetal distress caused by acute hypoxia.

Adults: 1g once, 1-2 times a day. Children: Administer 18mg per kg body weight, no more than 1g at a time or follow doctor's advice. Take 1g of this product, dilute it with 5%, 10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection to 1ml containing 2-10mg solution; or dissolve 1g with 100-500ml of 5%, 10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and slowly drip for more than 60 minutes. Or first adjust the drip rate with 5%, 10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection, then add this product to dilute it to 1ml containing 2-10mg solution, and slowly drip for more than 60 minutes.

Occasionally, mild choking, shortness of breath, dizziness, and slight swelling and pain at the infusion site may occur in some patients, but these symptoms do not affect the treatment and disappear on their own after stopping the medication.

1. It is contraindicated for patients with severe renal insufficiency. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with catalase deficiency.

Keep in a dark place, sealed and protected from light. The validity period is tentatively one year.
