Function and Efficacy
This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. ① Analgesic effect: It is mainly achieved by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins and other substances (such as bradykinin and histamine) that can make pain sensitive to mechanical or chemical stimulation. It is a peripheral analgesic. However, the possibility of central analgesia (possibly acting on the hypothalamus) cannot be ruled out; ② Anti-inflammatory effect: The exact mechanism is still unclear. It may be because this product acts on inflamed tissues and inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins or other substances (such as histamine) that can cause inflammatory reactions. It may also be related to the inhibition of the release of lysosomal enzymes and leukocyte chemotaxis; ③ Antipyretic effect: It may act on the hypothalamic temperature regulation center to cause peripheral vasodilation, increased skin blood flow, sweating, and increased heat dissipation to produce an antipyretic effect.

Indication

Usage and Dosage
Antipyretic and analgesic: 2-3 tablets (0.162g each), 3 times a day. Anti-rheumatic: 4-5 tablets (0.162g each), 3-4 times a day, or as directed by a doctor. Children should take a reduced dose.
Adverse Reactions
The doses generally used for antipyretic and analgesic rarely cause adverse reactions. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug (for the treatment of rheumatic fever), especially when the blood concentration of the drug is >200μg/m1, is more likely to cause adverse reactions. The higher the blood concentration, the more obvious the adverse reactions. Drug Interactions
