Indication
It is mainly used for leukopenia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. It can be used as an auxiliary treatment for fatty liver, acute and chronic hepatitis, coronary sclerosis, chronic arteritis, myocardial infarction, nephrotic syndrome and uremia caused by chronic renal dysfunction, neonatal hypoxia, diabetes and acidosis.
Usage and Dosage
For intravenous drip, 50-200 units at a time, 50-400 units a day, dissolve it with 500ml of 5% glucose injection before intravenous drip. For intramuscular injection, 50-200 units at a time, 50-400 units a day, dissolve it with 2ml of sodium chloride injection before injection.
Adverse Reactions

Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with acute myocardial infarction and those with a history of allergy to coenzyme A injection.
Drug Interactions
The effect is better when used in combination with adenosine triphosphate, cytochrome C, etc.
