Troxerutin Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection

Pharmacological action: Troxerutin can increase the cAMP content in platelets by reversibly binding to adenosine carrier protein on the platelet cell membrane, thereby inhibiting platelet aggregation and preventing thrombosis. It can also counteract vascular damage caused by 5-hydroxytryptamine and bradykinin, increase capillary resistance, reduce capillary permeability, and prevent edema caused by increased vascular permeability. The large amount of active peptides, multiple amino acids, and nucleotides, metabolites of nucleic acids contained in this product, can pass through the blood-brain barrier, adjust and improve the protein synthesis and nucleic acid metabolism of neurons, promote the formation of synapses, and induce the differentiation of neurons; and affect its respiratory chain, improve energy metabolism in the brain, increase the utilization of glucose by brain tissue, improve the hypoxic state of brain cells, and have a protective effect on hypoxic brain tissue; it can provide neurotransmitters, peptide hormones, and coenzyme precursors, and has the function of activating and improving the activity of neurotransmitters and enzymes in the brain, protecting nerve cells from damage caused by various ischemia and neurotoxins. Toxicological study: Acute toxicity test shows that the maximum tolerance dose of intravenous injection equivalent to crude drug is 3.2 g/kg. The D50 of the test substance for intravenous injection of mice is greater than 3.2 g/kg, and the maximum tolerance multiple of mice is 400 times, which is actually non-toxic. Safety experiment shows that this product has no obvious irritation to the quadriceps of rabbits; no obvious irritation to the venous blood vessels of rabbits; allergy test shows that this product has no sensitization effect on guinea pigs, and in vitro hemolysis test shows that this product has no hemolysis or agglutination effect on rabbit red blood cells within 4 hours.

This product is a compound preparation, a sterile aqueous solution made of troxerutin and pig brain extract. Its components are troxerutin (C33H42O19), active polypeptides, various amino acids, nucleic acids, etc. Each 1 ml should contain 40 mg of troxerutin (C33H42O19), 0.50 mg of total nitrogen, 1.91 mg of polypeptides, and no less than 0.8 mg of nucleic acids. Excipients: polysorbate 80, water for injection.

This product is a yellow or light brown clear liquid.

It is used to treat acute and chronic cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, cerebral spasm, as well as sequelae such as brain dysfunction caused by craniocerebral trauma, brain trauma and cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral insufficiency, cerebral infarction); occlusive syndrome, arteriosclerosis, thrombophlebitis, capillary hemorrhage and edema caused by increased vascular permeability.

Intramuscular injection, 2-4 ml at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor. Intravenous drip, 10 ml at a time, once a day, diluted in 250-500 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection. 20 days is a course of treatment, 1-3 courses can be used, with an interval of 3-7 days between each course, or as directed by a doctor.

Occasionally, chills and mild fever may occur. In some cases, allergic rashes may occur. The symptoms may disappear on their own after slowing down the drip rate or stopping the drug.

People who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it, and those with allergic constitutions should use it with caution.

Precautions for children: This product has not been tested and there are no reliable references. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: There is currently no clinical data on the use of this product by pregnant women, and it is not enough to evaluate the safety of its use during pregnancy. There is no research data on whether this drug and its metabolites are secreted in human milk. Therefore, women treated with this product should not breastfeed. Precautions for the elderly: In clinical applications, no significant differences were found in the efficacy and safety of elderly patients using the recommended dose of this product compared with the general population.

It should not be used with balanced amino acid injection. Co-administration with antidepressants may cause adverse interactions and lead to inappropriate mental stress. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose of antidepressants.
