This product has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Animal experiments have confirmed that this product can selectively and reversibly inhibit thromboxane A2 synthase, but does not block the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. Therefore, this product has less irritation to the stomach. Acute toxicity test results: LD50 in male and female rats, oral administration is 1211mg/kg, 1430mg/kg respectively; in male and female mice, oral administration is 1034mg/kg, 1091mg/kg respectively.

Oral administration: Adults generally take 0.5-0.75g (2-3 tablets) at a time, 3 times a day. Children may take less or follow the doctor's advice.

There are adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal dysfunction, dizziness and prolonged coagulation time. Bleeding may occur occasionally. Patients with a history of allergies may experience rash, nasal congestion, asthma, angioedema, and occasionally anaphylactic shock.

It is contraindicated in patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, active gastrointestinal bleeding, and those who are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, salicylic acid, and imidazole derivatives.
