This product is an electrolyte supplement used for hypokalemia caused by various reasons.

Dissolve in warm water and take 1 to 2 tablets each time, 2 to 6 times a day or as directed by a doctor.

1. Oral administration may cause a peculiar smell and gastrointestinal irritation symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. It is more likely to occur when the patient is on an empty stomach, takes a large dose, or has existing gastrointestinal diseases. 2. Hyperkalemia. It is more likely to occur when the patient is overdosed or has existing renal impairment. It manifests as weakness, fatigue, numbness of the hands, feet, lips, and mouth, unexplained anxiety, confusion, difficulty breathing, slow heart rate, arrhythmia, conduction block, and even cardiac arrest. The electrocardiogram shows a high and sharp T wave, and the P-R interval is gradually prolonged. The P wave disappears, the QRS wave widens, and a sine wave appears.

Patients with severe renal impairment accompanied by oliguria or azotemia, untreated Addison’s disease, acute dehydration, heat cramps, anuria, severe myocardial damage, familial periodic paralysis and hyperkalemia caused by various reasons.
