Function and Efficacy
It has anti-inflammatory effects. It has an inhibitory effect on egg white-induced rat foot swelling; it has an inhibitory effect on croton oil-induced mouse ear inflammation; it can also inhibit the increase in mouse peritoneal capillary permeability caused by acetic acid. It has an antipyretic effect. It can inhibit the increase in body temperature of rats caused by 2,4-dinitrophenol and the increase in body temperature of rabbits caused by cholera vaccine. It has analgesic effects. It can reduce the number of writhing reactions of mice caused by acetic acid and prolong the incubation period of pain reactions of mice caused by the hot plate method.
