Description
Potassium chloride, KCI, also known as potassium muriate and sylvite, is a colorless crystalline solid with a salty taste that melts at 776°C (1420 OF). It is soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol. Potassium chloride is used in fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, photography, and as a salt substitute.
potassium chloride powder Potassium chloride occurs as odorless, colorless crystals or a whitecrystalline powder, with an unpleasant, saline taste. The crystallattice is a face-cen

Potassium chloride Use and Manufacturing
It is used in the manufacture of potassium salts such as potassium carbonate, G salt and reactive dyes, used in photography, electroplating, steel heat treatment, and also used as a flame suppressant as a substitute for salt to reduce the adverse effects of excessive sodium content on the body. China stipulates that it can be used for low-sodium salt, the maximum use amount is 350g/kg, the maximum use amount in low-sodium salt soy sauce is 60g/kg; the maximum use amount in sports drinks is 0.2g/kg; the maximum use amount in mineral drinks is 0.052 g/kg. Used as fertilizer for crops; used as analytical reagent, reference reagent, chromatography reagent and buffer
