Function and Efficacy

In vitro, it has the effect of inhibiting the growth of respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus, hepatitis A virus, adenovirus and other viruses. After entering the virus-infected cells, this product is rapidly phosphorylated, and its product acts as a competitive inhibitor of viral synthase, inhibiting inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase, influenza virus RNA polymerase and mRNA guanosine transferase, thereby causing a decrease in intracellular guanosine triphosphate, damaging viral RNA and protein synthesis, and inhibiting viral replication and spread.

Appearance

This product is a colorless clear liquid. When you press the manual pump, the liquid will spray out in mist.

Usage and Dosage

Spray inhalation, spray into the nasal cavity and throat. Once every 4 to 5 hours, one spray into the nasal cavity and 1 to 2 sprays into the throat.

Adverse Reactions

This product has low toxicity. The adverse reactions of oral administration include anemia and fatigue, which disappear after stopping the drug. Less common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, insomnia, etc., which are more common in those who use large doses, as well as loss of appetite and nausea.

Precautions

1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant women. 3. It is contraindicated for patients with autoimmune hepatitis.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. This product is not recommended for pregnant women. 2. Since a small amount of the drug is excreted through breast milk and is toxic to both mother and offspring, nursing mothers need to temporarily stop breastfeeding during medication and give up breast milk. Since breast milk respiratory viruses are self-limiting, this product is not used in this case. Precautions for the elderly: This product is not recommended for elderly patients.
