Drug Interactions

When lithium and digoxin are used together, the plasma concentration of lithium and digoxin will be increased. Like other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Orfen will reduce the efficacy of diuretics. When used in combination with potassium-sparing diuretics, it will cause hyperkalemia, so the serum potassium concentration should be carefully observed when using it. The combination of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with different nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or glucocorticoids will increase the occurrence of adverse reactions. Clinical studies on anticoagulants have shown that diclofenac does not affect the effect of anticoagulants, but out of caution, when anticoagulants are used in combination with diclofenac, it is recommended to use laboratory index controls to detect the desired anticoagulant effect. Like other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, large doses of diclofenac (200mg) have a reversible inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation in the short term. It can be used in combination with diabetes drugs without affecting the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic drugs. However, there are also some cases where hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia occurred after the use of diclofenac, so when used in combination with diclofenac. Treatment should be adjusted according to the condition. The effect of cyclosporine nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on renal prostaglandins can increase the renal toxicity of cyclosporine. Quinolone antibiotics There are case reports that quinolone antibiotics may cause convulsions when used in combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
