Two-dimensional ferrous particles

Function and Efficacy

Iron is a component of hemoglobin in red blood cells. When iron is deficient, the amount of hemoglobin synthesized by red blood cells decreases, causing the red blood cells to become smaller and their oxygen-carrying capacity to decrease, resulting in iron-deficiency anemia. Oral administration of this product can supplement iron and correct iron-deficiency anemia; vitamin C can promote iron absorption; vitamin B1, as one of the important components of coenzymes, plays a synergistic role.

Ingredients

This product is a compound preparation, each package is 5 grams, containing 200 mg of ferrous fumarate (equivalent to 66 mg of iron), 200 mg of vitamin C, and 15 mg of vitamin B1.

Precautions for children: Follow doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women generally need to supplement iron, but the dosage should be followed by doctor's advice. It is most appropriate to supplement iron during pregnancy in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, because iron intake decreases and iron requirements increase. There are no reports of adverse effects of therapeutic doses of iron on the fetus and breastfeeding. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients take iron supplements to treat iron deficiency anemia, and the dosage can be increased appropriately if necessary, because gastric juice secretion decreases, gastric acid is lacking, and iron absorption from the intestinal mucosa is reduced.

Drug Interactions

1. Tetracyclines and tannic acid can reduce the absorption of iron. 2. This product can reduce the absorption of levodopa, carbidopa, methyldopa and quinolones. 3. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist for details.
