Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: for adults, take 0.5 g for the first dose, 0.25 g each time thereafter, and every 6-8 hours if necessary.
Adverse Reactions
1. Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, constipation, stomach discomfort, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, tinnitus, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, asthma, itchy skin, lower limb edema. 2. Blurred vision or visual impairment, hearing loss, diarrhea, oral irritation or pain, palpitations, and excessive sweating may be seen. 3. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage, allergic rash, depression, muscle weakness, abnormal blood count, and liver function damage may be seen occasionally.
Precautions
1. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 2. People with asthma, nasal polyposis syndrome, angioedema, and those who are allergic to aspirin or other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited from using this product. 3. People with active gastric or duodenal ulcers are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not clear yet. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. The effects of this product on the fetus have not been fully studied. Because other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus, and because they can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, leading to dystocia or prolonged labor, pregnant women should not use it unless there are other reasons. 2. The concentration of this product secreted into breast milk is equivalent to 1% of the blood drug concentration. It is not suitable for lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution.
Drug Interactions
1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase and there is a risk of ulcers. 2. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, the bleeding time is prolonged. Bleeding tendency may occur and there is a possibility of causing gastrointestinal ulcers. 3. This product can reduce the sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects of furosemide. 4. This product can inhibit the excretion of lithium with urine, and increase the blood concentration of lithium. 5. When used with probenecid, the blood concentration of this product increases and the half-life is prolonged. It can increase the efficacy, but the toxicity reaction is also increased accordingly, so it has no practical value and should not be recommended in clinical practice.
