Function and Efficacy

A new generation of macrolide antibiotics, it mainly acts on Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, Chlamydia and Mycoplasma, etc. Its in vitro antibacterial effect is similar to that of erythromycin, and its in vivo antibacterial effect is 1 to 4 times stronger than that of erythromycin.

Appearance

Film-coated tablets appear white after removing the film coating.

Indication

1 Suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive strains: (1) upper respiratory tract infections; (2) lower respiratory tract infections; (3) ear, nose and throat infections; (4) genital infections (except gonococcal infections); (5) skin and soft tissue infections. 2 Can also be used for mycoplasma pneumonia, Chlamydia trachomatis infections and Legionnaires' disease.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: Adults: 0.15g at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Adverse Reactions

Gastrointestinal reactions, rash, and elevated ALT and AST may be seen.

Precautions

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product. It is contraindicated to be used in combination with ergotamine and dihydroergotamine.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. A dosage of less than 0.05% is excreted into breast milk. Although there are reports that it has little effect on infants, it is still necessary to consider whether to stop breastfeeding. Precautions for the elderly: If there is no significant change in pharmacokinetics in the elderly, there is no need to adjust the dose.

Drug Interactions

1. It cannot be used in combination with ergotamine, dihydroergotamine, bromocriptine, terfenadine, ketoconazole and cisapride. 2. It has little effect on the metabolism of aminophylline and has little effect on carbamazepine, warfarin, ranitidine and other antacids.
