Function and Efficacy
Acetaminophen is a prostaglandin synthase inhibitor, which has antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant, which can constrict cerebral blood vessels and reduce their pulsation amplitude, and can increase the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine, which can relieve runny nose, sneezing and other symptoms caused by colds; artificial bezoar has antipyretic and tranquilizing effects. The above drugs are made into a compound, which has the effects of antipyretic, analgesic, and relieving or improving various symptoms caused by colds or influenza.
Ingredients
Each 10 ml contains 125 mg of acetaminophen, 7.5 mg of caffeine, 1.5 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 5 mg of artificial bezoar, and 20 mg of vitamin C.

Appearance
Light yellow or light brown clear liquid with sweet and aromatic taste.
Indication
Used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, etc. caused by cold or flu in children.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 3 times a day. 2-3 years old: 1/2 stick once; 4-6 years old: 2/3 stick once; 7-9 years old: 1 stick once; 10 years old and above: 1.5-2 sticks once.
Adverse Reactions
Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
