Function and Efficacy
This product is a compound of antacids aluminum hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate and antispasmodic belladonna fluid extract. The first two can neutralize excess gastric acid, while the latter can inhibit gastric juice secretion, relieve gastric smooth muscle spasm, and delay gastric emptying.

This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains the main ingredients: 0.245 g aluminum hydroxide, 0.105 g magnesium trisilicate, and 0.0026 ml belladonna fluid extract.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It is used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid, and can also be used for chronic gastritis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 2-4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day. Chew and take half an hour before meals or when stomachache occurs.
Adverse Reactions
1. Long-term and high-dose use may cause severe constipation and intestinal obstruction caused by fecal lumps. 2. Long-term use in the elderly may cause osteoporosis. 3. Use in patients with renal insufficiency may cause elevated blood aluminum.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with appendicitis or acute abdomen.
Special Population Medication
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution during the first three months of pregnancy.
Drug Interactions
1. This product contains aluminum ions and should not be used with tetracyclines. 2. This product may interfere with the absorption and elimination of digoxin, warfarin, dicoumarol, quinine, quinidine, chlorpromazine, propranolol, indomethacin, isoniazid, vitamins and barbiturates, affecting the efficacy of the above drugs.
