Aminocaine and Huangmin Tablets

The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen and reduce the central nervous system inhibitory effects such as drowsiness and dizziness caused by other drugs; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can relieve symptoms of runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing; artificial bezoar has antipyretic and sedative effects.

This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen, 15 mg of caffeine, 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, and 10 mg of artificial bezoar.

This medicine can be used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by the common cold and influenza.

Oral administration: Adults, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

Sometimes there is mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own. Occasionally, granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia are seen.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), etc. 3.
