This product is a milky white emulsion.

This product is an indispensable component of parenteral nutrition and is used to meet the daily physiological needs of adults for fat-soluble vitamin A, vitamin 2, vitamin E, and vitamin K1.

Adults and children over 11 years old take 10ml (1 ampoule) per day. Before use, add this product to 500ml of fat emulsion injection or 5% glucose injection under sterile conditions, shake it gently and then infuse it. It should be used up within 24 hours. This product can be used to dissolve water-soluble vitamins for injection. Before use, add 10ml of this product to a bottle of water-soluble vitamins for injection under sterile conditions, dissolve it and then add it to fat emulsion injection.

Fever and chills may occur occasionally. After 6 to 8 weeks of infusion, elevations in serum aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin may occur, which can be restored to normal by reducing the dosage or stopping the drug.

This product contains vitamin K1, which may interact with coumarin anticoagulants and should not be used together.

Precautions for children: Children over 11 years old should use the above “Usage and Dosage”; children under 11 years old are recommended to use “Fat-soluble Vitamin Injection (Ⅰ)”. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not yet clear. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
