Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. Large doses of vitamin C can interfere with the anticoagulant effect of anticoagulants. 2. When used in combination with barbiturates or primidone, it can increase the excretion of vitamin C. 3. Sodium cellulose phosphate can promote the metabolism of vitamin C into oxalate. 4. When vitamin C is used for a long time or in large quantities, it can interfere with the effect of disulfiram on ethanol. 5. Salicylic acid can increase the excretion of vitamin C. 6. It should not be used in combination with alkaline drugs (such as aminophylline, sodium bicarbonate, sodium glutamate, etc.), riboflavin, chlorobutanol, copper, and iron ion (trace) solutions to avoid affecting the efficacy. 7. When used in combination with vitamin K3, because the latter is oxidizing, it can produce a redox reaction, which will weaken or eliminate the efficacy of both.
