This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic that has the effect of inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins. Its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects may be related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Due to the high incidence of adverse reactions of this product, it is only used clinically for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and is not used solely as a general antipyretic and analgesic.

Indomethacin

This product is a white or light yellow suppository made of a fatty matrix.

Used for rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and acute gout attacks, etc.

Rectal administration: Tear open the plastic sheet from the notch at the bottom as shown in the diagram, take a plastic finger sleeve, put it on the index finger, take out the suppository, hold the lower end of the suppository, and gently insert it into the anus about 2 cm, 50 mg at a time, 50-100 mg a day.

Patients with impaired liver and kidney function, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children under 14 years old, those with active intestinal lesions or allergies to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prohibited from using this product. 2. Elderly people, those with epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or emotional or mental disorders should use this product with caution.

Precautions for children: Children should use with caution or follow the doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. This product can cause fetal ductus arteriosus occlusion and persistent pulmonary hypertension when used in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it. 2. This product can be excreted from breast milk and can cause toxic and side effects to infants. It is prohibited for breastfeeding women. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to toxic reactions and should be used with caution.

1. When this product is used in combination with heparin and oral anticoagulants, the anticoagulant effect is enhanced. 2. When this product is used in combination with oral hypoglycemic drugs, the hypoglycemic effect can be enhanced, and the dosage of hypoglycemic drugs must be adjusted. 3. When used in combination with triamterene, it can cause renal dysfunction. 4. When using other drugs while using this product, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.
