Ligustrazine hydrochloride

The main ingredient of this product is: Ligustrazine hydrochloride. Its chemical name is: 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection is used for occlusive cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral insufficiency, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism and other ischemic vascular diseases such as coronary heart disease vasculitis.

Oral: 2 tablets of phosphate tablets each time, 3 times a day, 1 month as a course of treatment. Intramuscular injection: 2 ml of hydrochloride injection each time, 1 to 2 times a day. Phosphate injection each time 2 to 4 ml, 1 to 2 times a day, 15 days as a course of treatment, preferably slow push injection. Intravenous drip: 2 to 4 ml of hydrochloride injection once a day, or 4 to 6 ml of phosphate injection once a day, both diluted in 250 to 500 ml of 5% to 10% glucose solution (or isotonic saline, low molecular weight dextran injection) and slowly dripped, preferably within 3 to 4 hours, 10 to 15 days as a course of treatment.

Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection is highly acidic and has a strong irritation when injected into acupoints

Contraindicated in patients with cerebral hemorrhage or bleeding tendency
