Sodium ferulate injection

The results of animal studies show that sodium ferulate can inhibit the production of malondialdehyde and thromboxane B2, reduce myocardial edema and the release of lactate dehydrogenase, and promote the production of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α, and has anti-platelet aggregation, vasodilation and myocardial protection effects.

The main ingredient of this product is sodium ferulate, and its chemical name is 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid sodium salt dihydrate. Its chemical structure: Molecular formula: C10H9NaO4·2H2O Molecular weight: 252.20

This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.

It is used for the auxiliary treatment of vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, glomerular disease, pulmonary hypertension, diabetic vascular disease, vasculitis, as well as leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia. It can also be used for the treatment of migraine and vascular headache.

Intravenous drip: 0.1-0.3 g once a day, add 100-500 ml of glucose injection, saline or glucose sodium chloride injection and drip intravenously. Intramuscular injection: 0.1 g once, 1-2 times a day. A course of treatment is recommended to be 10 days.

Occasionally, allergic rash reactions occur, which disappear after stopping the medication.
