Function and Efficacy
Indigo carmine is an effective anti-leukemia ingredient isolated from the traditional Chinese medicine Indigoferatinctoria L. It is a dual indole anti-tumor drug. This product has an inhibitory effect on a variety of transplanted animal tumors and can destroy leukemia cells; under the action of this product, degenerative and necrotic cells are mostly swollen and lytic necrosis. Experimental studies have found that this product can also enhance the phagocytic ability of the animal's mononuclear macrophage system. This product has no direct effect on protein synthesis, and its inhibition of DNA synthesis is due to the inhibition of DNA polymerase, which affects DNA polymerization.

Indication

Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Bone marrow suppression, so the number of white blood cells and platelets should be monitored regularly during treatment. Some patients may experience severe bone marrow suppression. 2. Gastrointestinal reactions: abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, even bloody stools with mucus, nausea, vomiting, and poor appetite. 3.
