Coenzyme A for injection

A coenzyme for acetylation reactions in the body. It participates in acetylation reactions in the body and plays an important role in the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein, such as the tricarboxylic acid cycle, liver glycogen accumulation, acetylcholine synthesis, lowering cholesterol, regulating blood lipid content and synthesizing steroid substances, which are all closely related to this product.

Chemical name: Coenzyme A.

This product is white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder.

Coenzymes. Used as an adjuvant treatment for leukopenia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and functional low fever.

Intravenous drip: 50-200 units at a time, 50-400 units a day, dissolved in 500 ml of 5% glucose injection before use and then intravenously dripped. Intramuscular injection: 50-200 units at a time, 50-400 units a day, dissolved in 2 ml of sodium chloride injection before use and then injected.

Intravenous injection should be slow, otherwise it may cause palpitations, sweating, etc.

It is contraindicated for patients with acute myocardial infarction or those who are allergic to this product.

The effect is better when used in combination with adenosine triphosphate, cytochrome C, etc.

Seal, protect from light, and store in a cool place (no more than 20℃). Validity period: 24 months.
