Cytidine Triphosphate Disodium Injection

Cytidine triphosphate disodium is a coenzyme drug and a nucleotide derivative. It participates in the synthesis and metabolism of phospholipids and nucleic acids in the body. It is an intermediate product and energy source for brain phospholipid synthesis and nucleic acid metabolism.

The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: Cytidine triphosphate disodium. Cytosine nucleoside-5-triphosphate disodium. Molecular formula: C9H14N3Na2O14P3. Molecular weight: 527.14.

This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Used as an adjuvant treatment for post-traumatic brain syndrome and its sequelae.

Intramuscular injection, 20 mg once, 1 to 2 times a day (20 to 40 mg); intravenous drip, 20 mg added to 250 ml of 5% glucose injection or normal saline, or 40 mg added to 500 ml of 5% glucose injection or normal saline and slowly dripped intravenously

Occasionally, there is fever and rash, which disappear after stopping the drug. A very small number of patients have transient mild elevation of alanine aminotransferase, which returns to normal after stopping the drug. This drug has a significant inhibitory effect on the sinoatrial node.

It is contraindicated for patients with sick sinus syndrome, sinus node dysfunction, bradyarrhythmia, or those who are allergic to this product.

Precautions for children: Dosage should be in accordance with doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women are prohibited from using this product; lactating women should use it with caution.
