Troxerutin for injection

This product can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis. It can also counteract vascular damage caused by 5-hydroxytryptamine and bradykinin, increase capillary resistance, reduce capillary permeability, and prevent edema caused by increased vascular permeability.

Troxerutin

It is used for ischemic cerebrovascular disease (such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism), thrombophlebitis, central retinitis, edema caused by increased vascular permeability, etc.

Intramuscular injection: 60mg~0.15g (0.12g: 0.5~1.25 sticks) at a time, twice a day. 20 days is a course of treatment, 1~3 courses can be used, and each course has an interval of 3~7 days. Intravenous drip: 0.24~0.48g (0.12g: 2~4 sticks; 0.24g: 1~2 sticks), once a day. Dilute with 5~10% glucose injection or low molecular weight dextran injection and drip, 20 days is a course of treatment or follow the doctor's advice.

Occasionally, allergic reactions, flushing, headache and gastrointestinal discomfort are seen. There have been reports of patients experiencing acute cerebral edema, arrhythmia and liver toxicity after intravenous infusion of this product.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any ingredient in this product.
