Sophora flavescens tablets

Pharmacological action: In the carbon tetrachloride model, this product can reduce the serum transaminase and hydroxyproline content in the liver of animals, alleviate the degree of liver lesions and reduce the serum DHBV-DNA level of ducks infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV).

The main ingredient of this product and its chemical name is oxymatrine.

This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the coating.

For the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and improvement of serological indicators of liver fibrosis in viral hepatitis [hyaluronic acid (HA) and type III procollagen (PⅢP)]

Chronic hepatitis B: Oral, 0.2g-0.3g (2-3 tablets) each time, three times a day, three months as a course of treatment, or as directed by a doctor. Improvement of serological indicators of liver fibrosis in viral hepatitis [hyaluronic acid (HA) and type III procollagen (PⅢP)]: Oral, 0.3g (3 tablets) each time, three times a day, six months as a course of treatment, or as directed by a doctor.

Patients have good tolerance to this product, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. Common adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, bitter taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, diarrhea, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, and fatigue. Occasionally, rash, chest tightness, and fever may occur. Symptoms generally resolve on their own.
