Founded in August 2010 with registered capital of 50 million RMB and total assets of 280 million RMB, Shidai Marine Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in Rongcheng, Shandong Province, China. The company covers 32,000 square meters and owns more than 300 sets of production equipment, of which 80% are self-created. The annual output is 100,000 tons of liquid concentrate kelp fertilizer. FAQ

- What is enzymatic hydrolysis technology?

Basically, we use compound enzyme to digest the cell wall of kelp, and release nutrients inside of kelp cell. Just like we can digest vegetable, meat and grains things like that, because we have enzyme inside of our stomach.

- Why you don't need to add humic acid?

We produce pure seaweed fertilizer with high enzymatic hydrolysis technology of 75% extraction rate. So it works well and don't need to add humic acid.

- Why natural extracting is better than synthetic?

High quality raw material and good extract technology ensures rich nutrient substance with no harm for crops or human.

- Why it is in yellow?

Because we use enzymatic hydrolysis technology to extract. Chlorophyll changes during extraction process.

- Will it have effect for matters in the fertilizer?

Not at all. Enzymatic hydrolysis technology only work on cell wall, but not for active matters.

- What is the differences from NPK fertilizer?

We are biological seaweed fertilizer, extract from Laminaria Japonica Kelp.

1. NPK fertilizer is chemical. Ours is natural.

2. NPK fertilizer rely on macro elements. Ours majorly rely on active substances which are IAA, IBA, GA and algal polysaccharides.

3. NPK fertilizer's nutrients are single. Ours contains plant hormone, organic matters, active kelp nutrients and trace element.

- What is the differences from other seaweed fertilizer?

1. Higher nutrients content:

① Special raw material: We only use fresh Laminaria Japonica Kelp.

② Extraction technology: With enzymatic hydrolysis technology, extraction rate can reach 75%. And macromolecule can be decomposed into micromolecule so much easier for plant to absorb.

2. We take seaweed fertilizer benefits to the extreme. Most of seaweed fertilizer manufacturers add humic acid to their products to make up their shortage on raw material or extraction technology or both, but we don't have such problems.
