Shidai Marine Biotechnology Co., Ltd. adheres to the strategy of ‘guided by science and technology and driven by innovation,'and has established successive collaborative partnerships with several colleges and universities including the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS),Dalian Ocean University,Jiangnan University,Harbin Institute of Technology,etc., established a modernization research and development center with a total area of 3,000 square menters and a research center for seaweed application projects in Weihai city,and organized a scientific and technological talent group guided by doctoral supervisors.It has great strength in scientific and technological research and development.Its seaweed bio-fertilizer production technology has reached the advanced international level. Several technologies，including marine alga enzyme preparation，seaweed enzymatic hydrolysis，marine alga functional foods processing and others，have reached the highest level domestically and the company has obtained five patents.
Our company upholds the idea of a "Deep blue valley ensures health at the source",and focus on using kelp and technology to keep improving the quality of crops.We have pioneered innovative concepts and continue guiding the future of the fertilizer manufacturing industry and eclogical organic agriculture.We jointly selected the research topic of “Manufacture，research and development of high-quality green fertilizer”with the“Soil Fertilizer Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences（CAAS)”in 2010. We finally solved the technical problem of seaweed enzymatic hydrolysis after three years of work，and cooperatively completed the development of seaweed bio-fertilizer and other new fertilizers.By using fresh kelp as the raw material and adopting integrated technologies like bio-technology in a modern environment，microbial technology in agriculture and soil testing and formulation，the high-quality green fertlilzer is produced with many benefits such as improved output and crop quality and soil remediation.
The biologically and organically dissolved seaweed fertilizer is produced according to food-grade standards with a capacity of 100，000 tons.The whole production process is accurately controlled by process automation（DCS)and industrial automation（PLC and drive）to guarantee superior quality.
