Product Name Hesperidin Plant Source Fruits of citrus aurantium L. Characteristic Dissolves in water, soluble in formamide, dimethyl formamide 60℃. Slightly soluble in methanol, hot glacial acetic acid. Almost insoluble in acetone, benzene and chloroform. Freely soluble in diluted alkali and pyridine.
