    Chemical properties: This product is a colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid with unpleasant odor, mp-23℃, bp140.4℃, n20D1.4520, relative density 0.975, can be organic with ethanol, ether, chloroform, acetone, glacial acetic acid, etc. The solvent is miscible and soluble in water. This product is flammable and corrosive.
    Uses: Glutaredione, also known as acetylacetone, is an intermediate of the fungicide methyl azoxystrobin, azoxystrobin and the herbicide pyrasulfuron.
    Uses: used as raw materials and organic intermediates for pharmaceuticals, also used as solvents for analytical reagents and extractants for aluminum in tungsten and molybdenum
    Uses: Acetylacetone is an intermediate in organic synthesis and forms amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine with guanidine. It can be used as a solvent for cellulose acetate, as an additive for gasoline and lubricants, as a desiccant, bactericide, and insecticide for paints and varnishes. Acetylacetone can also be used as a catalyst for petroleum cracking, hydrogenation and carbonylation reactions, and an oxygen oxidation promoter. It can be used to remove metal oxides from porous solids and to process polypropylene catalysts. In Europe and the United States, more than 50% of them are used for livestock antidiarrheal drugs and feed additives.
