Graphite crucible have favourable thermal conductance and thermostability. In the process of high temperature environment, it’s small coefficient of thermal expansion, good antiallergic properties against hot and cool condition, good resistance to corrosion against acid and alkaline solution, and best technology economic results.

    Graphite crucible type:

Artificial graphite crucible, graphite-clay crucible, and graphite-silicon crucible

Artificial graphite crucible is produced by graphite electrode or high purity graphite material.

The major component of graphite –clay crucible is natural flake graphite and clay material. It’s used in cast iron melting, cast steel melting, and noble metal melting, and etc.

Graphite-Silicon crucible is produced by natural flake graphite and silicon material. It’s used in nonferrous metal melting, like copper alloy and aluminum alloy melting. And now, the quantity demanded of graphite-silicon crucible account for more than 97% of all products.
