Description
EINECS molecular C4H6O4ZN preservative, reagent, for meat and other food processing industry to increase its nutritional content.

Properties: white crystal, specific gravity 1.840, melting point 237oC, soluble in water and ethanol.
Use: for the manufacture of zinc salt used as a mordant,
