The predecessor of the company was Lai’an Chemical Fertilizer Plant, which was founded in 1974. The joint stock company was established in 2006 and listed on the SME board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 7, 2011 with the stock code of 002597(ISIN: CNE1000015C4). It was incorporated into the object of “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect” on December 1, 2017 and into the constituent stock of SZSE Component Index on January 2, 2018.
