In early 2015, due to strict government control of environmental protection, the related companies were in an embarrassing situation. It also caused an unreasonable shock to the product price at a very high level. Relevant technicians from East China University of Science and Technology and researchers from the Water Treatment Technology Center of Harbin Institute of Technology have worked together for more than a year to tackle the problem. Starting from the process source of Qingdao Hualilang New Technology Industry Co., Ltd., we carried out technological research and development and research on the volume control and standard control of folate production wastewater. Finally, this set of industrial equipment similar to the pilot scale reached the domestic level in technology. The quality and technical standards for the production of feed-grade, food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade products by this set of equipment have all reached the quality inspection export standards. At present, the company must start to prepare for the application of FDA certification. At the same time, customers from Malaysia, India, the United States and Brazil came to the company for inspection.
