Product composition:

Epoxy glass scale anti-rust paint is composed of epoxy resin, glass scale, pigment, auxiliaries, amine admixture and solvents, etc.

Product features:

Epoxy glass flake anticorrosive paint coating on a variety of corrosive medium has excellent resistance to permeability, water resistance and chemical resistance, adhesion, strong wear resistance, high mechanical intensity, corrosion protection period is long, good shock resistance and crack resistance.

Product use:

Epoxy glass flake anticorrosive paint is applicable on the platform of ocean engineering facilities, such as Marine pipelines, large hydropower station pressure pipe, bridge, wharf steel pile, gate, water ballast tank, gas tank, sewage treatment ponds, buried pipelines and pipeline steel or concrete surface heavy anti-corrosion coatings.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush, roller coating

Pre-coating: epoxy rich zinc primer, inorganic zinc rich primer, epoxy cloud iron anticorrosive paint, etc., can also be used as primer.

After coating: epoxy glass scale coating, epoxy finish, chlorinated rubber finish, polyurethane finish paint, acrylic finish etc.

Coating intervals: 10 ℃, the shortest 48 hours, the longest 14 days; 25 ℃, the shortest 24 hours, the longest 7 days; 30 ℃ : the longest shortest 12 hours, 3 days;

Appearance: red, pale green, light grey, white, black, matt

Thinner: X-7 epoxy paint thinner

Proportioning: part a (paint) : part b (curing agent) =25:3~4 (temperature, proportion)

Shelf life: 23 + 2 ℃, 3 hours

Film thickness wet film: 310 micron; Dry film: 200 microns

Maturation period: 23 + 2 ℃, 20 ~ 30 minutes

Drying time: 23 + 2 ℃, table 6 hours or less, work 24 hours or less, completely curing 7 days

Theoretical dosage: 410~420 g/m2

Packing specifications:

Bucket group: 20L 25kg;

Part b: 3L 4kg (in proportion to the portion of the group when used)

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
