Product composition:

Water-based inorganic zinc rich coatings are composed of water as solvents, consisting of zinc powder, silicate and special additives.

Product features:

Water-based inorganic zinc rich coating is a long-acting anti-rust coating. It has three kinds of anti-rust properties on the surface of steel, namely cathodic protection, the formation of passivation film and the coating effect, the anti-rust performance is strong. The resin of BJ - rich inorganic zinc - rich coatings is synthesized from inorganic silicate grafted water - based resin. Department of silicate resin not only can form zinc silicate mesh structure, but also with the substrate metal surface silicate complex formation, belongs to the chemical bonds combination, and strong adhesion to metal substrate, zinc silicate net-like structure, coating density, wear-resisting. The paint film belongs to inorganic coating, good heat resistance. Good weldability, can be used with paint cutting welding, the paint film does not blister, does not fall off, does not affect the weld, one-time thick coating 100um above the coating does not crack.

Product use:

Waterborne inorganic zinc rich coatings are used in oil pipelines, locomotive vehicles, ship industry, oil drilling platforms, Bridges, towers, underground engineering, underwater projects.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush, roller coating

Coating intervals: 23 + 2 ℃, the shortest 8 hours, the longest for months

Appearance: grey

Diluent: deionized water and dilute water

Ratio: a: b =18:7

Applicable period: 8 hours

Film thickness wet film: 120 micron; Dry film: 50 microns

Construction viscosity: brush 25 ~ 30 seconds, spraying 15 to 20 seconds (with 4 cups of 23 + 2 ℃)

Density: about 2.83

Maturation period: 23 + 2 ℃ : half an hour

Drying time: 23 + 2 ℃ : table dry for 10 minutes, work 24 hours a day

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.

Note: products should be kept away from heat source. Smoking should be strictly prohibited in construction site.
