Product composition:

Marine anticorrosive coating is composed of polymer modified resin, glass scale, coated anti-rust pigment, auxiliary, solvent, curing agent and other components of thick film coating.

Product use:

Marine anticorrosive paint primer for offshore platform and other ocean engineering facilities, Marine pipelines, large hydropower station pressure pipe, bridge, wharf steel pile, gate, water ballast tank, gas tank, sewage treatment ponds, buried pipelines and pipeline steel or concrete surface heavy anti-corrosion coatings.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush, roller coating

Film thickness: wet film: 300~450 micron; Dry film: 200~300 microns

Theoretical dosage: 410 ~ 430 g/m2

After coating: epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, fluorocarbon paint, acrylic polyurethane finish paint, acrylic finish, etc

Coating number: as a long-term reproof, high-pressure airless spraying 5, dry film thickness of 1 mm

Storage method:

Storage: Marine anticorrosive paint primer must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source.

The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.
